PAYMENT METHODS

- CARD

By charging your credit, debit or prepaid card Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners. To ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions through credit cards, payments made using a card are processed through vivawallet's electronic receipts platform.

- PAY ON DELIVERY

With Cash on Delivery, upon delivery of the products (the extra charge is 2 €). Cash on Delivery is valid for orders up to 499€ - For orders from 500€ and above one of the other payment methods must be selected.

- BANK

You can pay for your order through a bank account. For your convenience, please provide the bank with your full name and Order Number as a reason. Then please send the proof of deposit by e-mail to info@votanostore.com. The order will be dispatched when the amount appears in the corresponding account. The bank account to which you can deposit the money is as follows:

**In cases where the deposit is not made within two days from the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically cancelled by the system.


SHIPPING

For purchases of 40,00 € and more the shipping is free of charge.

For orders less than 40,00 € the shipping costs are 3 €

The delivery of the products to your place is done by a partner courier company usually the next working day (you will receive an informative e-mail or SMS for the delivery process). For some remote areas the delivery time can reach 2 - 3 working days.


PRODUCT RETURNS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return some or all of the products purchased within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Please note that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the labels accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it with the retail receipt. You must still contact us in advance by e-mail at info@votanostore.com.

In all the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.

For the return of a non-defective product, the return cost is borne by the customer, while the cost of reshipment of the item you choose for replacement is entirely borne by VOTANO.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In case you receive a defective or damaged product, VOTANO will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you must inform us by e-mail at info@votanostore.com of the problem with the returned product, keep the receipt and we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

If the package arrives and it is proven that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the transport costs will be borne by the customer.
